dynamics crm export security role using xrm toolbox step by step

 Step 1: Install the xrm toolbox given below link

Step 2: Open the xrm toolbox exe file and click on new for establish the connection then you need to choose the connection just click on the OAuth/MFA.



Step 3: Now provide the organization URL ex: https://org3feca133.crm8.dynamics.com/ click on next button.



Step 4: Once you click on next it will get you OAuth Authentication page just click on use development Azure AD App  then provide the email id after that click next after that it will ask you password of dcrm. once the connection is validated just give the any random name and finish it.





Step 5: Click on the tool box and type Export Security Role downloaded it. folder name will be like:Savants.ExportSecurityRole v1.2019.11.15. Open this folder and place in the xrmtoolbox dll place.

Note : If you are not able to see the export security Role please download the file from below link:

https://github.com/arshad1234517/Export-Security-Role-File and add the dll under the xrm tool box.



Then go to the configuration click on the setting  select the path take that downloaded file and click ok 





Step 6: Now click on the export security role then click on the retrieve role then select the which role you want to export into excel file.
